Basically just good old 0.58.1 plus Paul's Unison and Reverb updates,

jack session suppport. Lightly tested so far, so expect anything.

Hello cal,

After modifying some source files Yoshimi builds and runs here. I've got
this book lying in front of me 'C++ Without fear' and I'm only at
chapter 2 ;)

Only at Chapter 2 and you're already submitting patches? The future's looking
good!

Just because I hate regression testing doesn't mean I can get awaywithout
doing it :-(. With the final tweaks to get jack session working, there were
a few things crept outside of their respective '#if defined(JACK_SESSION)'
controls - there's nothing that can't be fixed with a few more #ifdefs!

Right now it's 9am here - timezones have me a little undecided whether it's
worth putting up an 0.060-pre1 with just the JACK_SESSION #ifdef fixes, or
maybe I can hold off on that, put some time into actually testing things
through Sat morning/afternoon, and present something a little better tested
for when everyone else wakes up.

cheers.
