Hi Andy.

Speaking for myself, I've always been very happy with the way Audible has dealt with any enquiries I've put to them. There is an online chat facility so perhaps if your issue is of immediate concern, you could use that?

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Adrien -

Well, I emailed them, and very surprisingly, haven't heard back. Perhaps
their customer care is dropping off now that they are under the big Daddy of
Amazon -

Hi Andy

I'd be phone audible and speaking with them, they are quite
helpful.

Subject: [access-uk] Audible signing in issues

Hi all -

Anybody having problems now that Audible want us to use our
Amazon logging in details [if we have an account with them]

I've logged in, and although Audible recognises me by name,
it gives me a 'verify user' link, and when I click it and
see my account details, it shows when I first became a
member, but tells me that I currently don't have a listening
plan. This is not true! Not only do I have a plan, but I
have 2 credits, but it says I have none! -

Andy
