Andrew - Thanks for letting me know that, it's what I'd expect from audible,
perhaps mine got lost on the way. I did write to customer services last night,
and I do know from past experience that they do respond, and are helpful, I was
just getting a bit miffed because this was the second month that I had
encountered this problem -

  Andy,

I can't speak for everyone else but I was certainly sent an email from
Audible sometime ago stating that we would have to merge our accounts. I'm
afraid I don't have the email now though.

  All the best,

  Andrew

Thanks Ibrahim - I think Audible could have done this in a much easier to
follow fashion, I mean it's a bit of a surprise when that page comes up for the
first time saying that we can now log in using our Amazon details, without
saying we will need to merge accounts first. And as I said, I chose the second
option of using my Audible log in details, but that reported back that I didn't
have an Audible plan, and no book credits!! Poor show Audible! -

    Hi Andy

You need to log in with your audible username and password, then nerds your
audible account with your Amazon ID. I did this sometime ago so can't remember
the exact procedure however you should find what you're looking for on the
accounts page.

      Hi all -

Anybody having problems now that Audible want us to use our Amazon
logging in details [if we have an account with them]

I've logged in, and although Audible recognises me by name, it gives me a
'verify user' link, and when I click it and see my account details, it shows
when I first became a member, but tells me that I currently don't have a
listening plan. This is not true! Not only do I have a plan, but I have 2
credits, but it says I have none! -
