Hi Ibrahim - so have I, until now. The issues I was having, did resolve itself by me signing in and out several times, and I updated my original email to them in respect of this, but would have still have expected some kind of acknowledgement from them, but nothing.
Anyway, when I log in now, all is back to how it use to be, the website knows who I am, and how many credits I have available, so I'm just glad to have things working again! -

Hi Andy.Speaking for myself, I've always been very happy with the way Audible has dealt with any enquiries I've put to them. There is an online chat facility so perhaps if your issue is of immediate concern, you could use that? All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: ANDY COLLINSSent: Wednesday, January 09, 2013 11:06 AM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Audible signing in issues Hi Adrien - Well, I emailed them, and very surprisingly, haven't heard back. This is not true! Not only do I have a plan, but I have 2 credits, but it says I have none! - Andy ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
