I have had several such problems with there new sell your item form, it 
seems that there are several bits of it that are no longer accessible to 
people using speech output, a few examples of such features are, as has 
already been stated, entering the description, also, the postal insurance, 
not offered, required, optional can't be changed with speech anymore, nor 
can the will usually despatch item with in how ever many days of receiving 
cleared payment options.
the super annoying thing is, that the old sell your item form was perfectly 
accessible, but this flashy new one is just a complete pest!

description part of the form without sighted assistance, appart from that
there was no problem.
