Hi Barry, I know it's simple and unlikely but have you checked that the volume is up?Might be worth just using the buttons to try and increase it or swipe upwards to do the same? Think this has happened to someone else and this was the issue. Take care!

Hi allOk, got my 'Getting started with the I-phone' daisy book, and I was rockingand rolling. I turned off last night but when I turned it back on this morning there was no voice over. I took it to Carphone Warehouse and theytold me that it is showing as being on. I've done a restore using I-tunes,then tried turning voice over on using I-tunes, but still nothing. Is it faulty software?
