Hi.

When you performed a Restore in iTunes, did you re-enable Voiceover by
selecting the "Universal Access" button, and selecting the Radio
Button for "Voiceover", and then hitting the "OK" button?

You probably know already, but a Restore basically resets the phone
back to factory defaults, and therefore Voiceover wouldn't
autimatically be re-enabled.
