If you are having problems with the patch, try downloading
the full version and installing that.

The following is a long URL, and should end in dot asp.

Subject: [access-uk] Latest JAWS 9 update - does it work?

Hi.

There is a new update for jaws available now - but but
won't work for me.
Has anyone else got it working?

I get an error message saying there is something wrong with
my JAWS and that
the new patch is uninstallable and so the setup process will
close.

It suggests that I fix my current version of jaws before
attempting to
install the update.

How do I fix jaws? I remember there used to be a fix jaws
utility in the sub
menu where you select jaws from the programs menu. Only I
can't see one
there now.

I'm running windows vista.
