Damon,

I have had problems with jaws 9 but just tried George's link and downloaded
it from scratch without problems. The difficulties I had previously with
jaws 9 and MS Word are now sorted as well.

Damon, if I were you, download the whole new release of JAWS, rather than go
to the patch and updating it that way. For some inexplicable reason, it
doesn't always work that way, and my experience is to go to the FS website
and download the latest release and install it proper.
