Office 365 is Office 2013 paid for via a subscription, either monthly or annually. Having said that, you will always get the latest Office with an Office 365 subscription. On 7 Jan 2015, at 18:04, Carol.Pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:What's the difference between Office 365 and 2010, which currently is the latest I have available.Carol P----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie Brown" <jackieannbrown62@xxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2015 4:43 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Office 365 questionsHi SteveMartin is using it with JAWS 16 and Window-Eyes, and he seems to be gettingon with the features he needs to access. The way it was done was the first account acts like an administrator and subsequent account holders were sent a link. They created their own accounts with their credentials e.g. withtheir own existing hotmail email IDs.You can create a new account if you wish for yourself if you don't alreadyhave one. I hope this helps. Martin has already taken out asubscription to 365 which we can apparently install on up to five devices. So to my questions then:1. Martin can Email me a link which is valid for 30 days that I can use to go to the 365 page. But what we haven't been able to establish is whether, should I use that link and go to the site, do I create my own account, oruse Martin's credentials to download a copy once my machine is up andrunning? Has anyone used a family member's subscription to install it ontheir own computer?2. In 2003, there is a great little tool I often use to either photocopy something, or scan in a document with my signature on it so that I can send it to someone as a TIF file. An example might be to scan a VAT exemptionform which I have signed, and can return to a company as a file. I havelooked around on Martin's machine, and can't find this equivalent at all in365. Does it exist or, if not, would K1000 do something similar? Thanks for any advice or suggestions. I just want to be as prepared as Ican be once the machine is upgraded.
