Hi Carol and Steve

I knew there were utilities within K1000, but thought it was for fax and
photocopy only, not being able to save the image.  That then gives me the
utility I have used in Office for so long.

Yes, this is what I do also and it works well.  You can use the Copy 
facility either within K1000 or outside of it by locating the utility.  I've

found it very useful over the years as you can get all photocopying done 
well without finding somewhere to make copies!
