Hi Joan -

I don't use PowerDVD now, but from what I remember, insert the DVD, hit
enter on the icon for PowerDVD, then press the application key, and using
your arrow keys, you will come across the buttons for play/pause, forward to
next chapter, back to previous chapter etc. What I often had to do once the
DVD began, was to hit enter a second time, to move it beyong the opening
screen that just plays over and over, to where the film actually begins.

Regarding key strokes for volume etc, I can't properly remember now, I think
the plus and minus might have been used on the numpad for volume, and other
key strokes are similar to other players; like I say, I can't recall them
now, but if you try with things like ctrl f or n, for forward or next, that
kind of thing, you will come across them. Sorry I can't be any more accurate
on this; maybe others can be so! -

Andy

| Hi, Andy,
|
| Well, if I get the DVD to play I have no idea what keystrokes to use to
| pause it, make it go forward or back or stop etc.
|
| I got given a DVD recently and got no sound from it at all.
|
| Best wishes,
|
| Joan.
