Hi Amro,

Thanks for your reply. I'll give it a try.

Since reading Joan's message, I recall that I had Power DVD on my other
computer, but have no idea where the installation disk is now.

Is Power DVD a free program do you, or anyone else, know?

thanks.

With best wishes,

Keith

Hi Keith,

Sorry I can't help with your WMP problem, but as an alternative you could
try downloading (K-Lite Codec Pack Full) from

http://english.ircfast.com/lv/group/view/kl25831/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_Full.htm

It includes Real Alternative Media Classic Player and the needed codec to
play DVD's. I rely on it to play all audio and video files I use including
Quicktime formats and Flash Media formats (FLV). No Real Player and WMP
headache!

HTH,
Amro
