Hi Andy.

Don't know if WMP 10 will be your anser but I've successfully rolled back to
WMP 9 when version 10 conflicted with the software I was using to transfer
music to my now deceased MP3 player.  I upgraded back to WMP 10 when the
transfer software had been fixed to cope with it.
