Hi Kevin

I checked Add/Remove and there is no entry there. I checked WMP and I'm definitely using version 10 I even found the exe file in my downloads file that I installed. But nowhere can I find how to cancel the upgrade.

Roger

If you must choose between two evils, pick the one you've never tried before.

Hi Roger.

I uninstalled from add/remove programs in the control panel and WMP
automatically rolled back to version 9.

Regards.

I upgraded to WMP 10 a little while ago and I have had some compatibility
problems ever since. I was not sure what was causing it but have been
coming
down on WMP by a process of elimination. How would I roll back to version
9
now? Far too late for a system restore and that plays havoc with Nero 7 as
I've found to my cost.
