Hi Kevin.

That's good to know as I've installed 10 to see if this will resolve my difficulties. It's too early to say asI'm busy working on other things, but being able to roll-back to 9 is very reassuring. Best wishes. Andy

Hi Andy.

Don't know if WMP 10 will be your anser but I've successfully rolled back to
WMP 9 when version 10 conflicted with the software I was using to transfer
music to my now deceased MP3 player. I upgraded back to WMP 10 when the
transfer software had been fixed to cope with it.

Regards.

Kevin

Hi Ray.

Thanks for the url to the accessible radio. I may end up giving it a try
if
I cannotresolve my current problems. The re-format is a pain I know, but
it's really quite nice to see my old computer shine up as new again.

You said that I could look for updates to Real Player. I'm currently
using
Windows Media Player version 9.00. I've been told in the past to avoid
MP10
as once on, it cannot be removed from the computer. Do you think that
this
could be my problem? Should I download 10 and see how I get on?

Best wishes.
Andy
