Hi

I have been following the RedCure thread, however I went to the ffree scan
link and I'm seeing the following message:
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 7C836D25

does anybody know what this means, it's double dutch, or klingon to me.

Thanks Philip for this. Is it safe to just select fixx all after doing the
registry scan, as the registry won't make any sense to me, it's teritory I
always felt advised to avoid messing in! Is doing a back up really
necessary?

Thanks -

Andy

| Hi Andy,
| From your description I am not sure that you have cleaned up the
| registry. The clean part of ccleaner remmoves what it thinks ar unwanted
| files, such as emptying the recycle bin and temp. internet files, that's
why
| you recovered so much disc space.
| Tab to registry then tab to scan for issues and it will then scan for
| registry issues and report. You can then fix, fix all and also make a
back
| up before fixing.
|
| Hope this helps
| Philip
