[access-uk] Spamming with my E-Mail Address

Hi List.
Can anyone give me any idea as to how I might go about finding out how come
I'm receiving spam mail with my e-mail address as the sender? Or is this
just a case of tough? luck?
I'd really love to know who's responsible for this, if for no other reason
than to let me vent my spleen!
