| of fraud or nuisance spamming etc.

| There is very little you can do about it. especially once the spam lands
| on your PC if your ISP does not have adequate spam filtering measures at
| the ISP end.

| The advice to get a Googlemail address is not at all bad since the spam
| filtering is very good and you have the advantage that should you move
| ISP later on you keep your email address. I may not use the same ISP if
| or when I move but being able to keep the email address constant is once
| less thing to worry about.
