Hi, a lot of it's just tough luck and there's hardly a way you can actually find out who's responsible. However, many ISP's have a "report as spam" feature whereby you can basically report what you've received as spam. If it's too bad for you, why not throw away your ISP e-mail and give Googlemail a try. Their spam filter is second to none IMHO. Of course I get the odd legitimate message go to my spam folder, but it's easy enough just to mark it as not spam and future messages will go to my inbox. Hope this helps.
