Hi Ibrahim,

I probably shouldn't post these instructions to list as it will probably 
void your warranty. I will wait for clarification, though the RNIB 
probably say you should send back to them anyway. its relatively simple 
though it requires the use of partitioning software in part and a little 
sighted help to reinstall the voice. I'll contact you off list, if the 
mods are happy for me to post disassembly instructions here then i will do.
