Hi David and Jackie - I have cleaned the lens, and tried the reset many times, but all with no change! It will occasionally say other colours, always wrong, but usually says everything is white. Like I said, I tried a different battery, but it wasn't a new one, but taken from a different appliance, but both batteries seemed to pack a reasonable kick when tested on my tongue! So, it's looking faulty, and I guess as it is about 4 years old, not much Colbolt can do - Andy ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Russell" <david.russell8@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, October 10, 2007 11:16 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: The Cobolt colour detector | It doesn't calibrate itself unless you hold down the switch at the opposite | end, but I imagine you know that already.
