It's most likely to be found under the help menu, in the 'about' =
dialogue
box. There will either be a box to enter the key, or most likely an =
option to
enter it.

Subject: [access-uk] updating Norton anti-virus

Hi all, could I ask a question on behalf of my Mum? my justification for
doing so is that it's me that gets the head-aches when she needs help!.
smile.

My Mum's just responded to a prompt that her NAV subscription is due. =
She's
gone online and payed the renewal and got the key. However now, how =
does she
put the key into the programme? a prompt told her that she needed to =
enable
cookies, and I thought that that was in IE tools, internet options, but =
I
couldn't find it there when I looked. Second, where does she go within =
the
programme to insert the key?

Thanks all,

Rob
