Hi Alexander,

It was some time ago when I set up my Visa card for this, but as far as I recall setting it up was a pretty simple matter of following a link from a shop I wanted to use and then fillin in a form, choosing a password. Using it is pretty simple too in that you just have to put in the password whenever prompted for it. How easy it is with SuperNova I can't comment on but I imagine it may vary from site to site as it depends on individual sites' designs...

Subject: [access-uk] verified by Visa and online purchases

Hi all,

I tried to update my add-aware Se personal edition software today via the online store, but I could not get the payment to work, as the company seem to have gone over to verified by Visa for visa card payments.

Therefore, my questions are the following:

1. in order to enable me to use verified by Visa, what steps do I have to follow please?

( I apologise for asking a question that may have been covered before, but at the time, I was not wanting to purchase anything online.)

2. Once I have set up Verified by Visa, how easy is it to use with Supernova please?
