Hi Alexander

I have just registered with verified by visa and when I looked at the list of participating stores there weren't many on there that I used. However, I have just set up an account with Amazon who is one of the participating stores but I wasn't asked for my vevbv password or nothing when I came to pay for my purchases. I'm not sure why.

Regards

Adrien

Subject: [access-uk] verified by Visa and online purchases

Hi all,

I tried to update my add-aware Se personal edition software today via the online store, but I could not get the payment to work, as the company seem to have gone over to verified by Visa for visa card payments.

Therefore, my questions are the following:

1. in order to enable me to use verified by Visa, what steps do I have to follow please?

( I apologise for asking a question that may have been covered before, but at the time, I was not wanting to purchase anything online.)

2. Once I have set up Verified by Visa, how easy is it to use with Supernova please?
