Hi Adrien,

Thank you for your message. I have not received any confirmation so I take it that the purchase was not successful,and it looks as if my current Lloyds TSB debit card is not valid for the verified by Visa scheme as the Lloyds TSB site says that debit cards are not valid for clicksafe. Therefore, I have given up on the purchase, particularly as I do not currently need to upgrade the software I was intending on upgrading.
