I was also thinking no longer than three days. I'm in favor of sending out
the ballot this morning unless someone has reached out to or heard from
Juan in the last couple of days. I was thinking we should tell Melissa
about the board meeting and inviting her if she can attend. It is
technically open to all anyway. I can shoot her a text.

Did we ever discuss how long we plan to keep the election form open for
voting? We might have; I can’t remember. If we didn’t, I would suggest 72
hours or so - this should be long enough for everyone to have had the
chance to see it in their email, but short enough to limit people putting
it off and forgetting about it. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this?
