I haven't heard anything from Juan since I sent him a short summary of
treasurer duties. I do think it makes sense to invite both of them to the
next meeting.

Did we ever discuss how long we plan to keep the election form open for
voting? We might have; I can’t remember. If we didn’t, I would suggest 72
hours or so - this should be long enough for everyone to have had the
chance to see it in their email, but short enough to limit people putting
it off and forgetting about it. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this?
