[acweboard] Insurance Requirements

Hi All

As I mentioned we do not have to do the worker's comp.  I have attached the
updated document that shows are requirements.  The insurance company should
know what all that means.

For the auto liability we either need to add something on to our insurance
or I need a certificate from Bob.  Probably cheaper to use Bob's.

Insurance documents need to be uploaded by November 9.
