For reference, Fink had 453 posts in a relatively short period of
time, which puts his post count higher than Paul B., Robert W., or
Troy, people who are actually building amateur rockets and have valued
things to say about them. He received plenty of feedback from list
members on his behavior.

As to the larger arc of ARocket: if you see someone who is doing neat
things with rockets, encourage them to join. It's the only way anyone
will ever find the list. There is a Freelists functionality for a
welcome message to new subscribers, please email me off list if you
have things that you think should be captured there.

I agree it's wildly frustrating to need to search far in the past to identify 
actual progress or completed works. Reddit has now become a better source,

Agreed that Ben is certainly qualified, and also have no particular opinion 
about the offender in question.  As others have mentioned, there have been 
some lengthy off-topic discussions (coronavirus comes to mind) that 
long-time contributors sustained.

We all could use a bit of grace from time to time... it may be worth 
considering moderating posts on their merits rather than blanket-banning 
people.

As many others have expressed, I do hope Terry is not lost to the arocket 
community.
