<https://h2tools.org/bestpractices/hydrogen-flames> shows hydrogen and propane flames side by side, by day and by night. In daylight you just can't see the hydrogen flame at all. At night you can, but it's a dim pale ghost of a thing beside the propane flame. (Not to mention propane being much cheaper, easier to get, and simpler to work with...)
