Afair the black trash bags are conductive enough.

once ordered the "rose`" kind of antistatic bag for
sending out PCBs with a backup battery.
Next the procurement guy ordered the black ones.
"nicer, sexier, cheaper, what not" for serial production.
500 items returned due to depleted Batteries.:-)
