The potential large collision in about 4.5 hours.
Has gone from 12m+/-18 to to 25m +/-18 miss distance in 24hrs.
What is the possibility that some clandestine state actor is using laser
ablation or some other mostly secret tech to change the orbit to prevent the
calamity?
Seems like one does not need much delta V to create a miss...
