Simple advice....
Get a turbopump -> monoprop peroxide running...
Monoprop can be simple turned stainless chamber , or even welded up from
various 316 stainless parts from mcmaster...

Count on CAT pack being 1.25 to 1.5 in thick
Use silver plated nickel or solid silver cat screens...
The Andrews link posted earlier has conservative cat pack design info...

After that all works make a regen chamber add fuel and double the ISP...

I will check the archives as well thank you.

Odd to keep adhering to such idea, like a fanatic, again and again! Not
the ancient Clark book nonsense line Spencer clang to I hope? To only claim
they have flown is misleading this list. They most certainly have NEVER
flown, anywhere on this planet. Static tests, yes, several options, but
that is beside the point.

But I thought this topic "has been discussed AD NAUSEAM"?
Non-catalyzed peroxide hydrocarbon engines have flown, but I don't want
to be the one to beat a dead horse.

No, a catalyst is not required.
Oh, is that so, Ben? Your references of anything which ever flew with
H2O2, without a catalyst? VEEERY interesting.
