That was my question Rick, Regen cooling, was your thermal loading was that
much of an issue. We burned Jet-A in the LR-101 engine that we tested in
clusters of 4.
No streaking or hot spots were ever observed though the LR-101 runs off
ratio and has a low L*, only 20" which limits the thermal budget of the
fuel coolant,
In those days,i.e. 1980's and 90's, Howell Hydrocarbon in Texas, was the
sole source of RP-1.

I would love to get a hold of Exxon Exxsol D-80 but I can’t find a
source. ExxonMobile Chemical does not respond to requests for quotes.
D-80 has great thermal performance and it’s very clean.
I worked with these type of fuels when I was at AFRL and took a liking to
them.

sale 1 to 30K gallons.
I have an email requesting a quote for 25 gallons. I live in Ohio, so I
