No problem. CXST was spin stabilized, as was the RRS Dart and the recent
Traveler III launch, although there is no data on that last launch.
In principle, so long as burnout is below about 90k feet at Mach large (for
aerodynamic spin up) there is no limit to how high one might go.
Acceleration and heating may be an issue for Mach 20 burnout at 90k feet....
