Not at those rates, no. Ample for bringing back individual images if you
don't go hog-wild on the megapixels (there are reasons why cameras on
deep-space missions, in particular, tend to top out at a measly one
megapixel), adequate for trickling back an occasional short compressed
video clip, and fine for many types of instrument data, but you won't get
real-time video. And you may not want to, not when you're paying by the
byte -- 30MB/day sounds good, as does $0.00002/byte, but when you multiply
those together, that's $600/day!
