I've known Jeanne for a while although never met Jozef other than some on the
air QSOs. She asked me over a year ago if I'd help get the tower and antennas
down for the taking. I was in need of two or three sections of the Rohn tower
and told her I'd donate the antennas to CVARC since she didn't want any
payment. Was lucky to get Mike, N1JEZ to help this summer as it would have been
a major project otherwise. Bottom line- she got the tower cleared out, I got
some tower sections and CVARC go an HF Yagi and 2M Cushcraft (The Wide Band
model no less, so good on both low end and FM part of the band. Still hoping
that someone in the Club will make use of those antennas.

When did CVARC get Jozef's 2 Meter antenna? I helped his widow
liquidate his radios, but I was not able to take down the tower nor
antennas.
