Yes, Heather, I have that problem to open PDF. It annoys me when I get asn 
yattachment with PDF, I miss out a lot.

 I wonder if any deafblind with braille reader have problem open PDF format. 
if yes, we need to be fair to everyone to have same format like word doc. 
It is sometimes not good for me and maybe others did not read PDF and miss 
out reading.
