I agree, sending feedback to the website developers to let them know PDF
is
not always accessible to everyone and Word format would help also is a
good
idea.
For now, I have run the document through a PDF to Word converter and
attach
the file I got from it. I don't think it converted perfectly, but it does
look readable using JAWS.

format.
if yes, we need to be fair to everyone to have same format like word
doc.
It is sometimes not good for me and maybe others did not read PDF and
miss out reading.
