Hi Trudy, Heather and Carleeta,

I agree, sending feedback to the website developers to let them know PDF is
not always accessible to everyone and Word format would help also is a good
idea.

For now, I have run the document through a PDF to Word converter and attach
the file I got from it. I don't think it converted perfectly, but it does
look readable using JAWS.

booklet from the website and it was only in PDF form out.  Maybe send
feedback to the website developers.
