[etni] CDs

Hi to you all
I have been following the discussion on the new policy of CDs instead of
cassettes and I just don't understand. Why is everyone talking about taping
onto MP players? Is that what we are going to have to do? I am the coordinator
at my school and I don't know what to explain to my staff. We usually have over
100 cassettes per bagrut moed. Will we be getting 100 CDs?
What should we be doing during the year? How do I get a test from a cassette
onto a CD? How do the MPs come into this? I am a good teacher and a good
coordinator, but this is out of my range of expertise. Can someone please
explain it to me point by point what this new policy means?
