Hello Rose,

Check the spelling, and the category the user entered the POI as in four
square.  If it is miss spelled or miss-categorized this could be why it
didn't show up.
Other option would be to go to where the actual POI is located and press
enter with no search field and see if it comes up near you when you have all
categories selected.

Well mine told me there was not a Walgreens anywhere within 50 miles, and
there is one about four blocks from my house, blind Square recognizes that
one.  Don't know why when I put it in the search box on Seeing Eye it says
none within 50 miles.

well in terms of poi content i had a problem today when looking at a few
lois in my neighborhood i couldn't find them.
