Howard,
We had a discussion with a top official with Tele Atlas this morning
about this issue. The good news is that because of this email thread
and our conversation, collecting traffic light data for use by blind
and sighted users is now on their radar. We may be a small market
but we are a vocal one and they heard us loud and clear.
