Hi Kevin, I was trying to create a vehicle route while in the car on the way to my destination. Also, to clarify, I set another destination using a commercial poi that was near the user defined destination and that one worked. In other words, I could create a vehicle route. Thanks, Jim.

What kind of route are you trying to create to this User POI?
Vehicle or pedestrian?
Also, it may be worth sending your User POI file to Technical
Support.

Hi Charles, I was trying to create a route with a user poi as my destination. The route was not particularly long, maybe 30 or 40 miles long. My Mpower said unable to create route. I did a conventional reset and the problem persisted. I decided to set another destination near the first one but this time using a commercial poi. That time, the route creation worked. Could this be a bug or what. I retried creating the route with my original user poi destination when I was within 1 mile of that destination and again, it was unable to create the route. So the system doesn't like that particular user poi. Any suggesttions or thoughts about this? Thanks, Jim
