Did you try sending the attachment to the list, attachments are not
allowed on the list.
Send it directly to Charles or myself.

Yes please send Sendero your user.pdb file and the name of the

POI

which is causing the problem.  Chances are that the POI is near a
road which is not navigable and so when you try to create a route

to

it, it finds that road and says that no route can be created
there.  Either that or the road is only navigable by pedestrians

and

you are trying to create a vehicle route to it.
