Yes. It was fairly late and I was talking about the way debian splits
configuration files (and in some cases renames them so "configure" becomes
"exim.conf"..
Standard way debian does things, but "the debian way" tends to differ in
weird and wonderful ways from the way things usually work or get
configured.
