I have been a Debian user since Debian Etch and have moved on to Lenny
with its release. There is an issue which I faced in a few computers
with screen resolution. The computers which were running with 1024x768
as the default maximum resolution supported a maximum resolution of
800x600 when upgraded to Lenny.
Normally to sort out issues with screen resolution, I use
'dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg' wherein I will be able to configure
the screen resolution. But in lenny, there seems to be o provision to
do the same. How can get this job done without manually having to edit
the configuration files?
