i would be very interested to see what kind of candidate you can get
for that salary. I cant get people even at double or triple that amount
well, 'working for iit' does offer some non-monetary benefit - and it usually
translates into monetary benefits a year or two later when they seek jobs
elsewhere. in the last seven years, we have managed to find three candidates in
a series of replacements.
