sites" can be found out by reading the subject line. So I do not think
that the whole mail should be read.

If things were so simple, filters in email clients would do; reiterate
again the fact that we need to keep load on a select few volunteers
minimal. What you suggest involves reading subject line - the intent I
also wanted to convey but failed perhaps.
Spammers rarely send mail with real addresses. One thing leads to
another and we will have users asking for good spam control. Guys make a
living out of spam control and it is not a simple thingy.
